Bridging Vision and Execution
Founder of Symphonix Strategy, I've spent over two decades helping organisations cut through complexity and turn strategy into something that actually gets delivered.
My career spans startups, global enterprises and the public sector — from Tesco and eBay to the Ministry of Justice to Audio Network, a prominent global production music company. I've led government cloud migrations, built CRM capabilities from scratch, managed a £1.5m operational budget, and designed cross-functional operating models for services that didn't previously exist. What connects all of it is the same core skill: making sure the right people are aligned, the right work is prioritised, and nothing falls through the gaps.
I work best in the space between leadership and delivery — where strategy needs to become action, where technical teams and business stakeholders need to understand each other, and where someone needs to hold the whole picture together while keeping things moving.
My approach is grounded in data, shaped by Agile product thinking, and informed by a foundation in customer research and analytics. I don't just map processes and hand over a document — I stay in it, manage the complexity, and see it through.
